I am so excited and blessed to be sitting here writing my first blog as the new Miss Southern Illinois 2010! From the bottom of my heart I am so honored and proud to have this opportunity. This next year I am devoted to being the best titleholder that I can be. I am always looking for opportunities to promote my platform of alcohol education, as well as represent the Miss Illinois platform of Character Counts, and Miss America's platform of the Children's Miracle Network. I really look at being Miss Southern Illinois as a job, a job in which I am 110% devoted to.
I am also SO excited to be sharing this next year with my fabulous Miss Southern Illinois sisters; the beautiful Miss Southern Illinois Outstanding Teen Mandy Marsh, the gorgeous Miss So. IL preteen Olivia McCurdy, and my precious princess Briley Endrizzi. We have a great team and I love you all!
